COMPANY POLICYThe organization S.V.I.S. Trade a.s. has been operating since 1995 in the segment of wholesale sales of plumbing, heating and gas installation materials. During more than a decade of its activity, the organization has developed very dynamically and its further development remains a part of its basic strategic intention, which can of course be demonstrated by the achieved results. The original regional orientation towards customers has gradually expanded over the years throughout the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Romania. At the same time as the market grew, the range of products also expanded, and since 2011 the organization has not only been designing but also manufacturing them.Achieving the strategic objective is connected with a wide product range, quality selection, competitive pricing, availability within required deadlines and, above all, professional consultancy. Maintaining the set direction would not be possible without systematic work, planning and quality resource management. This aspect is supported by the implemented integrated management system according to ISO standards. Ensuring product quality according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016, ensuring maximum environmental protection according to ČSN EN ISO 14001:2016 and occupational safety according to ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008.The implemented integrated management system applies to activities related to the design, production and sale of plumbing, heating and gas installation materials. From the functionality of this integrated system, the management of the organization expects strengthening of its credibility towards customers and society and, of course, further improvement of its processes. At the same time, although it may sound like a phrase, the management of the organization aims to develop its business activities in such a way that the impacts of these activities cause as little damage as possible to the environment and that the organization contributes to improving its condition for us and for future generations. All these activities are carried out in cooperation with our employees and cooperating persons with maximum emphasis on occupational safety and protection of health of both employees and all involved persons.In order for the organization to continue fulfilling its strategic objectives, the management declares the following integrated policy:-We strive to expand the spectrum of our customers in additional regions and countries
-We strive to achieve the widest possible range of products in terms of variety, diversity and quality classes
-We strive to ensure that the provision of our services is at the highest possible professional level
-We strive to modernize and further expand warehouse facilities and product handling processes
-We will continue to focus on continuous improvement of our employees’ qualifications and their attitude towards environmental protection
-We will continue striving for a thorough understanding of our customers’ needs through careful processing of their requirements and a high level of communication
-Managers will continue to build an organizational culture so that our employees fully understand that focusing on customer needs determines our success
-We will fully apply the process approach in managing order execution and we understand that process management without their interconnection and awareness of their mutual interaction is not possible
-We fully realize that continuous improvement is an integral part of our success
-Decision-making based only on properly evaluated information obtained from operational processes, internal audits and customer satisfaction surveys is a prerequisite for the correct direction of the organization
-We will continue strengthening our good relationships with suppliers so that our cooperation remains mutually beneficial for both parties. At the same time we will encourage these suppliers to adopt the values we promote
-We strive for high productivity, elimination of all forms of waste and meeting customer needs while emphasizing compliance with all legislative requirements, occupational health and safety and environmental protection
